Our Meet-Cute

Against many odds, Jacob and Mariesa's love story began when their online dating profiles, both set to an extensive mileage radius, matched in 2021. Declaring that they wanted to take things slow and were not interested in anything serious, they promptly fell in love and became an item on their third date. After much life unfolded in the next three years and much pavement traversed on Interstate-5, they lowkey eloped one weekend in 2024 on the way to an ultimate frisbee tournament.

Our Modern Family

Mariesa resides in Tacoma with her daughter Decca. Jacob dwells on Whidbey Island with his kids Quentin and Sybil. Although they live apart most of the time, their blended modern family continues to grow and merge. They are so happy to celebrate the continuing evolution of their relationship and family with those they love.
